The Auld Cairn, Cairnryan

The Auld Cairn is a 300 year old village house,situated on the shores of Loch Ryan with scenic views. Located half a mile from both the Stena ferry terminal to Belfast and the P & O terminal to Larne.

Stranraer rail station is a 10 minute drive away. A king-size bed and a view of either the loch or garden are features in each Auld Cairn room. A flat-screen LCD TV and free Wi-FI are also included. Stranraer Golf Club is a 15 minute drive away. Wigtown, known as the Scottish Book Town, is about 40 minutes' drive.

East Muntloch Croft B & B

 

At East Muntloch Croft we have two bedrooms both en suite with TVs, free wifi access and tea and coffee making facilities. Free toiletries are also provided. We have panoramic views across to the Mull of Galloway and the Isle of Man.

Ardwell Chalets

Ardwell Chalets are the perfect base for the trail, situated exactly halfway between Stranraer and the Mull of Galloway in the tiny village of Ardwell on the shore of Luce Bay.

There are six wooden chalets each with a large liviong room, two bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom with bath and shower above. Chalets sleep between four and six. In front of them is a grassy area where children and pets can run around and play safely or swim, paddle and explore the rock pools. All have a full length balcony to relax and take in the spectactacular views of the water and the Galloway Hills. Ample free parking.

Dogs are very welcome as we are pet friendly!
